1. The Service
GridSentinel ("Service") is software licensed to you for use with the MetaTrader 5 platform. By purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
2. License Grant
Subject to ongoing payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service on the number of broker accounts permitted by your tier (1, 3, or 5). The license binds to the first broker account number it activates against. You may not share, resell, decompile, or redistribute the Service.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing in the Service or our communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance, hypothetical performance, or backtests do not guarantee future results.
4. No Warranty of Profitability
The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or — explicitly — profitability. Forex and CFD trading carry substantial risk of loss including total loss of capital.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, broker outages, ISP failures, MT5 platform bugs, or third-party AI service issues.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for fraud, chargeback, sharing, reverse-engineering, or use that disrupts our infrastructure. On termination for cause, no refund is owed.
7. Refunds
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Free demo licenses are available on request before purchase for evaluation.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE_JURISDICTION.
