What we collect
- Account info: name, email — captured at checkout via Stripe or Paystack.
- License binding: your broker account number (numeric), broker name, EA build version — captured when the bot activates against our license server.
- Heartbeat metadata: timestamps and the broker account number, sent every 4 hours so we know your license is still in use.
- Webhook events from payment providers (subscription lifecycle).
- AI sidecar requests: the symbol, direction, and current price your EA is considering trading — used to call Grok and DeepSeek. We do not log or store your trade history.
What we DON'T collect
- Your broker password.
- Your account balance, equity, or trade history.
- Personally identifiable info beyond what payment processors pass us.
Who we share with
- Stripe / Paystack for payment processing.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
- xAI (Grok) and DeepSeek for the AI gate — they receive the symbol, direction, and timestamp; nothing personally identifying.
Retention
Account and license data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 24 months for tax and audit purposes. Heartbeat logs are pruned after 90 days.
Your rights
You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gridsentinel.io. Deletion may end your subscription.

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. Stripe and Paystack checkout pages set their own — see their respective privacy policies.
